The dumbass motorcyclist is just as much at fault as the driver blocking the road.. By his demeanor sitting at the stoplight before it turned green you can tell he was going to do something stupid.. How hard could it have been for him to just sit there in the intersection and wait for the traffic to clear?

That rider is an asshole. You’re not supposed to leave the light before traffic clears anyway. He was trying to show off and run close to the Honda’s front bumper and clipped it instead.

Biker was just an idiot. Should have gone behind that car, or proceeded MUCH slower. Both at fault, both got what they deserved.

Both are at fault here. The biker because you’re supposed to wait for the intersection to clear before you start going and because he sped through like he’s more important than the rest of traffic. The driver because you’re not supposed to stop in the intersection in the first place and because he started moving forward after the bike was halfway across.

WHICH IS WHY I DON’T GO BARRELING THROUGH BLOCKED INTERSECTIONS GAHHHH.
That being said, I would probably also go apeshit if I got hit by some idiot not paying attention, if they hadn’t killed or seriously wounded me in the process.

Apparently the audio is more incriminating. I watch w/o sound on a phone screen in class. I agree. Biker is indeed an idiot, don’t know if he can be found legally at fault or not.
